Permanent Cosmetics by Noe is open 7 days a week by appointment only.

Securing your appointment - deposit payment

In order to reserve the studio for yourself and secure your consultation a £ 80 part-payment is payable prior to your consultation.

This amount is non-refundable/transferable if you cancel within 72 hours or if you don't attend your appointment. All cancellations must be done via phone call or text to 07476299993.

Arrival for your appointment

For the health and safety of each client the cosmetic tattoo studio is thoroughly disinfected, sanitised and all single use tools (pigment cups, needles, protecting PPE and equipment protection foils etc.) together with the necessary consultation forms and other documents are prepared in perfect order. This process takes approximately 1 hour.

In order to allow all booked appointments to go smoothly and to respect each other's busy schedules please always arrive on time, meaning no late or not early.

Please wear a comfortable clothing and please inform Noe in advance if you require additional blankets or support during your treatment time which might take up to 2.5 hours on the treatment couch.

Children policy - other adults attending

As much as we love children the procedure of permanent makeup is classed as a medical procedure following strict hygiene protocols so children, babies or additional people and pets are not allowed to be present during your treatment.

Mobile phones

In order to ensure you are receiving a relaxing cosmetic tattoo treatment please silence your mobile phone or turn it off before you arrive. Many clients fall asleep during treatments and the ringing of your mobile phone might disturb you and distract Noe as well.

Satisfaction guaranteed

Prior to your treatment a very thorough consultation will take place including checking your relevant medical questionnaire and determining suitability/eligibility, discussing your expectations, assessing your skin type etc. and also discussing the pre -treatment preparations and aftercare you should follow in order to have a beautiful flawless result.

In case you are not satisfied with the semi-permanent makeup result Permanent Cosmetics by Noe will strive for providing a solution that's acceptable for both parties, however, once your treatment had been carried out the treatment price will not be refunded.
